Wedding Mini golf FAQ's
We put together our most frequently asked questions about our wedding mini golf.
Where are you based and how far do you travel?
We are based in Leicestershire in the midlands we travel throughout the UK. We have additional charges with regards to Mileage and distance.
Do you charge for mileage?
For the golf, the first 50 miles is free anything over this is charged at 50 pence per mile.
Any additional charges?
Although we do travel throughout the UK, anything over 100 miles will also be charged an additional overnight fee. This covers us to stay overnight and the costs to cover this. This will be based on location as certain areas the hotels are more than others.
Due to our uniqueness, we are often at venues that are quite far away from us, although we love all of our weddings, the time it takes us to travel to some locations needs to be accounted for. Anywhere over an hour and a half away from us, is charged an additional fee of £50 per hour travelled each way.
How many clubs come with each hire?
We have around 20 wedding mini golf clubs, 5 children’s sized mini golf putters.
Are score cards provided?
Score cards and score boards are provided. These can be personalised for an additional cost. Check out our extras page.
How long do we get the wedding crazy golf for?
Our standard hire time is 2.5 hours for the Gold, 6 hours or 5 hours with a time pause for the Platinum and ultimate packages.
All of our packages can be extended as much as you like. The charge for this is £110 per additional hour, please add this into your enquiry form, just so we can quote you properly.
Do you supply prizes?
We do supply prizes for our mini golf for weddings.
A bottle of prosecco for first place and a sweet treat for second place.
If you want to add additional prizes or upgrade to a bottle of champagne, please let us know.
Can I personalise the course?
This is our favourite question…
Yes of course you can, we can create a bespoke crazy golf course just for you, including your colours/theme for your special day. This starts at £2575. For this we will sit down with you in person or via video call to work through exactly what you require.
Do you have insurance?
We have up to 5 million public liability insurance, this can be provided to your venue upon request.
Do you have a rainy day guarantee?
We don’t unfortunately have a rainy day guarantee, we can however place the mini golf for weddings inside. The golf is durable in most weathers, so can still be played. We do have on offer for our extended packages (6 hours) the offer of a marquee, this is at an additional cost of £100.
Can we buy the wedding crazy golf from you?
A bit of a strange question, but asked so often that we thought it deserved it’s own section.
Unfortunately, our crazy golf for weddings course is not for sale and we do not make other courses for other people. Our course is very special to us, every single part of it has a little bit of Sam and Alan attached to it, so we will not make duplicates for others, sorry.
Our course design also legally belongs to us, so to those that want to create similar courses, if you want to replicate ours, you must legally ask our permission.
Do you ask for deposit?
We ask for a £100 deposit for our crazy golf for weddings hire. This deposit is fully refundable following the event, providing there are no cancellations or damages to the course.
When will we have to pay?
We ask for full payment to be made 16 weeks before the wedding date, this date will be on your invoice and you will be sent a payment reminder prior to the date.
Our wedding garden games hire is slightly different from our mini golf hire for weddings, so we thought we would add a faq section for the wedding garden games hire too.
At the moment we have two wedding garden games packages.
5 game package – £300
10 game package – £450
Ultimate package (9 holes and 10 games) – £1125
In the future we may be able to offer bigger packages.
We also offer our garden games as part of the crazy golf packages.
3 games added to a wedding crazy golf package – £100
Unlike our mini golf packages, we do not stay with the garden games packages (unless requested). We will arrive and set up at your venue and then arrive to take down at a time agreed between us and yourselves.
If you do require staff to stay with the games, please discuss this with us first. We would be charging an hourly fee.
Mileage is charged at 50 pence per mile.
We currently have 12 wedding garden games to hire.

You most certainly can. We charge £100 per 3 garden games added to any package.
We don’t have set hire times for hiring our garden games. This will be agreed between you and us at the time of booking.
