Mini golf hire for weddings at Rock Village Hall

On the 5th of February 2022 we showcased our mini golf hire for weddings at Rock Village Hall. Hosted by Lindsay of Chouette Events who not only is a fantastic planner but also creates wonderful gift subscription boxes that are sent out of a monthly basis.  We first met Lindsay at another wedding fayre and then again at the National wedding show, she’s so lovely and easy to work with.

With The Rock Village Hall, Lindsay had a vision of putting together a wedding Fayre to remember by handpicking all of the business’ showcasing, us included 🙂

And we were all in for a treat, all of the suppliers were wonderful!

Here are all the photos from the day! All photographs are courtesy of Nick at Nick Brightman Photography.

Of course we are going to kick this blog post off with our own crazy golf wedding hire! But have you seen our new Connect 4? This can be hired as part of the platinum package or any of the garden games packages.

As most of you know, I love food! I always ask our couples what they are eating as it genuinely makes me very excited about the wedding day! I hear so often that people attend wedding fayres for the free samples and if I’m completely honest, so do we!

This wedding fayre didn’t disappoint! The canapes were from Rustic Roast Kitchen, they also had burgers which were amazing, but we didn’t manage to get a photo of!

The cakes, made by The Green Bean Cake Company were fabulous! We tried samples of both the salted caramel and the white chocolate and prosecco and they were both amazing! I had never had a prosecco cake before, I can’t wait to have it again!

The wonderful menu was created by Bella Peach creative!

Did I hear you say, more free samples?

Ok, so I’m not all about the free samples, but I do go to wedding fayres and end up finding more and more things I want for our wedding!

Take Betty’s waffles for example, I have never seen waffles at a wedding before! And they tasted soo good! Ours had Oreos and cream, what more could a person want?

As well as the waffles, our friend Emma at Peggy Sue’s was serving one of their signature English garden cocktails, it was amazing! Emma also has a pretty cool fire breathing bar hire package, which is certain to add that unique wedding entertainment to your day!

The set up at Rock Village hall looked amazing and really shows how talented the suppliers are to create this!

The chairs are simplied by the lovely men at Event furniture Hire, chair décor comes from Emma at Simply Bows Worcestershire

The venue stylist (who also owns that pretty cool postbox) is Sarah from Venue Styling by Floyd.

The beautiful flowers are from Anna at Hedge and Berries.

Under the archway (although being camera shy) was the lovely Shelley from SJW Celebrant

And if you're looking for something truly unique to add to your wedding!

Check out this idea from Bootlid brides and Confetti wedding cars!

I thought this was amazing! The bride and groom are handpainted onto the lid of a vintage car boot, this is then placed on their wedding car as they arrive. The lid is then used as a guestbook where people sign the back! This is such a unique wedding idea!

Lyndsay helps you find the most unique wedding ideas!

Ultimately, this wedding fayre was so amazing because of Lyndsay! She (and her mum and sister) worked extremely hard to put this all together and it was such a wonderful day! Hopefully, you have found some unique wedding idea inspiration!
