Meet the team
Par-Tee Events started at a wedding that felt… flat.
No entertainment. Long lulls. With guests unsure what to do next.
And because of that, Sam and Alan both pent the day quietly redesigning the experience in their heads.
And golf was a part of that idea, mainly because Alan played golf.
So a few weeks later, when Alan came to Sam with plans, she rolled with it. And that first year they did 27 weddings!
They left careers in prisons to spend their days creating joy instead.
Alan designs and builds every hole so it plays beautifully and photographs even better.
Sam obsesses over the guest experience, the decor of the course, the way our couples feel and making sure everything runs smoothly.
We started Par-Tee Events because we didn’t want any guest to feel the way we did: amazing wedding with an awkward, boring lull. And mini golf solves that in seconds.

A Note on Guest Numbers:
To keep the experience relaxed and enjoyable, we recommend no more than four players per hole at any one time. This allows the game to flow smoothly and keeps guests engaged rather than waiting.
If you’re expecting 40+ guests, we recommend adding a small selection of wedding garden games alongside the mini golf. This keeps energy balanced across your space and ensures everyone has something to enjoy throughout the day.

5 common myths about Wedding Mini Golf Hire
And of course that is true, all of your loved ones are there on your wedding day to see you get married and have you considered what they will do when you are having your wedding photography done? Between the wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast? Or after the wedding breakfast when you have a few hours to spare before the evening guests arrive and the DJ set starts?
These are the perfect times for wedding mini golf, as it stops your guests standing around being bored.
And we totally understand your worry, no one wants to spend money on something that won’t be used. Which is why our team stay with our wedding mini golf, if people aren’t playing, we will come and round your guests up. We will speak to groomsmen, bridesmaid and wedding co-ordinateurs to make sure everyone gets a turn.
That’s what Lizzie thought too, but when she emailed us in April 2024 about her August 2025 wedding, we had to tell her that we were fully booked. Now we know what you are thinking, mini golf goes outside so therefore it is only for summer weddings! And we completely understand your thoughts, especially as most of our photographs are from outdoor weddings.
But have you considered that the mini golf can go inside? Most of our weddings from October through to March are indoors and normally when a venue knows that a golfing concierge (member of our team) stays with the wedding mini golf and remain responsible for it, they a usually quite happy for us to be inside.
And when they aren’t, we have pop up covers that can be added to your package.

We have three packages to suit different wedding days. The Gold Package is £675 for 2.5 hours — perfect for filling the drinks reception while you're away for photos. The Platinum Package is £1,000 for 5 hours of play across the day, ideal if you have two natural gaps. Our Full Signature Experience is £4,497 and includes a fully personalised course, custom florals, personalised scorecards and welcome sign, plus 10 garden games, soft play, bouncy castle and an ice cream cart. All packages include travel within 100 miles of LE18.
Every single booking includes nine exclusive, wedding-themed mini golf holes that are legally protected and can't be hired from anyone else. You also get a dedicated golfing concierge — a friendly host who welcomes guests, manages pace of play and makes sure even the shiest guests are laughing and competing. Plus scorecards, a scoreboard, and prizes for the winners. We coordinate directly with your venue so you don't have to do a thing.

Our nine-hole course is flexible and can be configured to fit a wide range of spaces — courtyards, walled gardens, marquees, orangeries and function rooms. We work directly with your venue coordinator before the day to plan the best layout, so there are no surprises. Absolutely. Our course works beautifully both indoors and outdoors, which means your entertainment isn't weather-dependent. We've set up in grand entrance halls, orangeries, barns and marquees as well as in formal gardens and courtyards. Whatever your venue has, we'll make it work.
The most popular moment is the drinks reception — that 60 to 90 minute window while you're away having your wedding photos taken. It's the part of the day guests often don't know what to do with, and mini golf fills it perfectly. Our Platinum Package also covers a second gap later in the day, such as the time between the wedding breakfast and the evening reception. We'll advise on the best timing for your specific day when you enquire.
Yes — that's one of the things we're most proud of. Wedding mini golf genuinely bridges the gap between generations in a way very few activities do. Our concierge host is brilliant at drawing in guests who might feel a bit shy, so no one ends up standing on the sidelines.
